Digital Commissions at Sketch Prices!

I have Photoshop now! To celebrate, I'm doing an offer you can't refuse! At least I hope you can't... anyway I have 4 days off work starting Monday so I'm up for some arting.

Commissions will start out at $5 for a bust/head shot, some things are negotiable like number of characters and please let me know what kind of style you're after as well, give examples as to what kind of image you're after in your request.

So, prices:

$5 for busts
$6 for busts coloured
$10 full
$12 full coloured

Extra characters: +$5 each (up to 2 extra)

Finally, bear in mind that your commission will be completed as soon as I am able, and once I'm properly moved into a new place I will scan your commission and email it to you.

First in first served here guys. Get your references to me in this journal or via MSN/email (nthrosptn@hotmail.com) and I can get started on a couple of them today!

Can't wait to get started.

Remember Gary? I found his friend. IN MY BEDROOM.I've lost track of it but this other roach is a lot more flighty than Gary was and a might larger too.

It's disappeared behind my drawers, but it'll be back, I know it.

21:15.

There is a cockroach scurrying about my living room. It's pretty big; at least an inch long. I should catch it..

21:16.

Drat it all, the little bastard goes under the TV unit just as I'm about to catch it.. Grrr, okay back to MSN.

21:18.

Roach spotted! By the drum kit, resting. I guess he thinks I didn't see him, hah.
Container poised. Lid ready. Go!
Roach caught! Not much of a fight. Lid is secure.
Roach appears somewhat distressed by its capture, despite the fact it practically just walked into the container.
I'll name him Gary.

21:20.

I notice Gary has begun to relax. He has stopped pacing the container and is now staring at me. I turn the container so Gary is facing the other way, but he just turns back around to look at me.
Hooooly shit.

21:23.

Gary has begun some kind of preening process, undoubtedly plotting his revenge...

21:25.

GARY IS GNAWING ON THE CONTAINER HOLY SHIT!

21:30.

He seems to favour the corners, be it a taste preference or he sees some structural weakness in the plastic container I've trapped him in.

21:31.

Gary has begun to throw himself at the side of the container.. I suspect this is an effort to tip it onto its side.

21:32.

I have helped to tip the container onto its side to see if momentum will make it fall off of the couch.
The container indeed fell off the couch.

21:40.

After retrieving Gary and his container from the floor, Gary has settled once more. He appears to be resting now.
However, I believe this is a ploy to fool me into thinking he's asleep so that he can escape later and poop on my face while I sleep.

21:41.

Shit, never mind, he's stretching. Cockroach yoga, holy shit.

21:42.

Gary has resumed staring at me.. plotting further revenge, I'm sure.

Just a few more tweaks and my new Journal CSS will be ready. When my sub runs out for this account though, I will be relocating, so there's a small heads up for you.

I realize yet again how finicky this CSS business is, so I have a renewed respect for those programmers out there who do this all the time. I know it gets easier with time, but my goodness, it is confusing at times!

I can't just tell this CSS to push my footer so it's underneath the 'Do Want' list, I've tried every way I can think of, but I'm just a noob at this.

All I can do is try out lines of code until it looks right, heh..

Hopefully I'll get some new images in for the CSS too, I have some new things I want to road test and such so this will be a fine opportunity.

There will be more links later, affiliates and awesome people who need awesome attention, features, etc. but that's gonna have to wait a little because it's like 1:30 in the morning and I'm supposed to be going out to buy some trousers for work since the bastards won't issue me a new uniform.. >:C
